The Innovation Factory supports innovation throughout Genea by promoting creative thinking and encouraging our people to continuously looks for ways to improve our organisation and our culture.

At Genea, we recognise that innovation is a skill that can be taught and improved.  The Innovation Factory organises networking events to exchange and develop ideas around specific topics and acts as a funnel to collect and listen to ideas, give feedback and assist in translating ideas into action.

Innovation and creativity is important at Genea - we encourage our people to voice their thoughts and ideas on process improvements, new products or new services that will help us achieve our goals.  In short, we want to ensure that innovation is part of everyone’s day to day work at Genea!
