Genea Tamworth is a complete IVF service run by Genea and offers treatment to the New England district and the Barwon region. In conjunction with local doctors and assisted by Sydney infertility specialists and scientists, Genea enables couples with fertility difficulties to have their treatment managed locally while accessing leading-edge technology.
Our Tamworth branch now offers year-round service with our permanently based nurse coordinator able to both facilitate and guide you through your treatment. Our nurse coordinator is always available to assist with your questions as you journey through your IVF cycle.
Whilst your comprehensive lead-up to your treatment is conducted locally (blood tests, ultrasounds, nurse consultations etc), our patients have their main procedures in Sydney under the dedicated care of our experienced infertility specialists.
Our laboratories use the latest technology for IVF, sperm function testing and specialised IVF procedures such as ICSI. The benefit of the Sydney-based procedures is that it allows all patients accessibility to the full range of Genea's leading-edge scientific techniques by adding procedures such as IUIs, pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) and other available services.
