At Genea, we are committed to taking our patients’ feedback seriously. Approximately 20 per cent of our patients give us feedback through our surveys, website or verbally. If one of our team doesn't get back to you personally, please be assured all feedback is reviewed regularly by Senior Management.

Over the coming months we are committed to making sure your interactions and communication with all our departments are clear, compassionate and consistent. We have listened to your feedback and know this is an important part of your journey, we are continually trying to enhance this with training and development for our staff.

From October to December 2016 the average patient satisfaction has been 83.5%.
