At Genea, we are committed to taking our patients’ feedback seriously. In 2016 we received over 2000 survey responses with nearly 700 of you agreeing to fill in the extra questions about your Day Surgery Unit experience. Thank you so much! We have listened to each and every one. Even if one of your team didn’t get back to you personally about your feedback, please be assured all feedback is reviewed by Senior Management.
Over the coming months we are committed to making sure your interactions and communication with all our departments are clear, compassionate and consistent. We have listened to you and know this is an important part of your journey, we are continually trying to enhance this with training and development for our staff.
In 2017 we will be exploring new and more flexible ways to make it easier for you to tell us how we are doing. We will introduce new and shorter SMS feedback options and point of care feedback systems including tablets and kiosk style booths.
From January to March 2017 the average patient satisfaction has been 87%.
