Our employees’ thoughts and opinions about working at Genea are important to us. To keep our finger on the pulse of our teams’ motivation, we conduct a staff engagement survey approximately every two years. Our most recent result of 76 per cent staff engagement achieved a Gold Standard Employer status for Genea. This rating puts Genea in the top 15 per cent of organisations undertaking the survey facilitated through Peter Berry Consulting.
The information we collect in these biennial surveys is augmented with regular department checks across the business.
Our Scientists have the opportunity to work in our regional centres during scheduled visits, providing a wonderful development opportunity in laboratory management. Our diverse global business also creates opportunities for international travel, secondments and permanent placements.
