Staying fertility fit during lockdown
While we joke about the need to self-isolate from the fridge while we’re stuck at home, it is important to try to stick with a healthy eating and exercise plan as much as possible. Obviously, diet and exercise are not a simple solution to infertility but eating healthy foods and keeping your body moving will ensure you are in the best possible physical condition for pregnancy or to get started once fertility treatment is permitted again.
