Your Role

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join us on a full time, 12-month fixed term contract. The role is responsible for providing case management for all non-clinical aspects of our patients' treatment.

The role is based in our Head Office in Sydney CBD and requires your availability to work on a rotating roster to cover the hours between 6:45am - 6.30pm, Monday - Friday, NO weekends!

 

You will receive intensive structured training and will be supported by a strong team and managers.

Duties will include:

  • Coordination of bookings for patients by phone or in person
  • Facilitation of informed financial consent - including preparation of Fee estimates and consultation with patients
  • Liaising with external bodies such as Medicare and Health Funds
  • Detailed note taking of all patient interactions in the appropriate systems
  • Ensuring all non-clinical questions are answered in an efficient manner
  • Referring and follow up of any clinical queries with the appropriate departments
  • Responding to voicemail messages and inbox enquiries

 

About You

To be considered for this position you must have experience in a Customer Service role and ideally have worked in the Healthcare Sector.

Ideal candidate will:

  • Have extensive customer service experience including managing & resolving customer complaints
  • Have strong computer literacy, advanced Microsoft Office Outlook knowledge
  • Have strong communication skills - written, phone and in person
  • Be passionate about customer experience and service
  • Show maturity, resilience, empathy and utmost patient care
  • Have a high attention to detail and able to multitask
  • Previous experience working with Medicare or Health funds is highly advantageous

The Role

We currently have a unique opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join our Sydney CBD team. This is a senior leadership role and will see you taking full responsibility for the maintenance and development of the Genea Biomedx QA/QC departments and personnel.

This role will suit an experienced Quality Manager looking to transfer their skills into an innovative medical devices business. You will enjoy challenging and varied work whilst being immersed in an engaging, social culture.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Personnel management and development of the QA/QC teams
  • Management of tasks related to the quality (both QA and QC) of products manufactured by Genea Biomedx
  • Ongoing establishment, implementation and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) for Genea Biomedx processes and products
  • Investigation and execution of CAPA's, Change Control, Change Requests and other associated tools
  • Working with internal manufacturing teams (UK and Australia) to support management continuous improvement initiatives
  • Supporting all groups with Genea Biomedx with their respective quality needs
  • Analysis and trending of monitoring data (process and product related) 
  • Reporting to Management on the effectiveness of the QMS, and any needs for improvement

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have previous experience working as a Quality Manager within the medical devices or pharmaceuticals industry with a strong technical background. You will be a dynamic leader with proven ability to engage, motivate and lead a team. 

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing a large team with a diverse range of skills and areas of expertise
  • Experience with quality-related processes relating to regulated healthcare products
  • Experience with quality management systems based on ISO 13485 and medical device regulatory requirements
  • Significant verification and validation knowledge with the ability to critically review protocols and reports
  • Ability to facilitate and adapt to change within a fast-pacing environment with frequent deadlines
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller this newly created role is responsible for delivering the Group's financial and tax compliance, offering technical accounting and tax advice to the finance team and the wider business.

  • Preparation of tax returns across the group, including income tax, FBT, payroll tax and BAS
  • Preparation of audit schedules and Group financial statements, including drafting key disclosure notes
  • Prepare and review monthly corporate P&L reporting
  • Oversight of fixed/intangible asset registers and lease register ensuring accounting policies are adhered to

About You

This role would suit a first-time mover from a Chartered firm, or someone with a passion for the technical aspect of finance, looking to grow and widen their experience.  

Ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • CA, CPA or equivalent qualification, with minimum 3 years PQE
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Both tax and audit experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong financial processes and controls

We have a newly created opportunity for an experienced Clinic Manager to join our Melbourne division.

Reporting to the General Manager of Operations, the Clinic Manager is responsible for the strategic focus and operations, as well as maintaining strong doctor relationships.

This role involves project management and is pivotal to the expansion of our service foot print in Victoria. This role will include the oversight of numerous clinics as we continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Development of specific plans and proposals, involvement in initiatives to advance the organisation's goals in Melbourne and Victoria
