Fertility Services at Sydney City

Genea’s flagship clinic in the centre of Sydney’s CBD houses our monitoring centre, day surgery, laboratories, counselling services, and administration across neighbouring buildings in Kent Street, giving you easy access to the resources you need for every step of your fertility treatment.

The most modern and complete fertility and genetics facility in Australia, Genea’s Sydney CBD Clinic offers a comprehensive range of assisted conception procedures, as well as genetic diagnosis and infertility counselling. We provide these services in high quality, comfortable surrounds on Kent St, respecting and maintaining your privacy.

Our day surgery at Level 4, 321 Kent St runs year round and is equipped to perform all assisted conception procedures, including egg pick-up, embryo transfer, testicular biopsies and anaesthesia for every type of treatment. What’s unique at Genea is that we’re available to ensure every procedure happens at a time that’s best for your body, not just when it suits our schedule. We also perform diagnostic procedures, including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy.

Our onsite laboratories use world leading technologies for IVF, sperm function testing, genetic diagnosis including PGD and PGS. Sperm, egg and embryo cryostorage is also available.

At any stage of your cycle you can meet face to face with your nursing team as well as your embryologist (who looks after your eggs, sperm and embryos) - just let us know when you would like to come in. Our specialist infertility counsellors are also onsite and available to assist you at any point during your treatment.

Morning Clinic

Located close to Wynyard Station and bus interchange, Morning Clinic is open Monday to Saturday 7:00am – 9:00am, with the exception of certain public holidays. Please refer to Morning Clinic for further details.

Patients who arrive early can join the morning clinic queue by scanning a QR code in the foyer downstairs from 6:30am which helps to make your monitoring as fast and efficient as possible. It’s a drop in clinic so you don’t need to make an appointment.

Medications can be collected in-house. Please contact IVF Pharmacy Services to organise medications:

If you’re seeing a Fertility Specialist at one of our other clinics, you can still take advantage of our city clinic for bloods and monitoring during your cycle. With our in-house specialised fertility pathology, your results will be available to your Fertility Specialist and Nursing team that same day. Our aim is to make your treatment and care as efficient and comfortable as possible and - as our patients tell us - it makes a difference.

Pathology Services

Genea Sydney City is open for GeneSyte and full pathology services. Please refer to Pathology Centres for further information.
