Health Care Practitioner GP Resources Genea’s GeneSyte NIPS Test

Genea’s GeneSyte NIPS Test - $400

Genea’s GeneSyte screens for the most commonly occurring chromosomal conditions, offering patients peace of mind about the health of their baby.

It is highly accurate for the detection of Trisomy 13, 18 and 21. Detection of Trisomy 21 is greater than 99% and Trisomy 13 and 18 are greater than 98%.

GeneSyte can also detect the sex of the baby with more than 99.5% accuracy.

The Genea difference is not only just in our low price of $400 but it is in the free support provided for you and your patient, no matter the results. We can take the burden off your shoulders.

Why you should refer your patients to Genea for their NIPS:

  • It’s only $400
  • Additional genome-wide testing at no extra cost
  • It’s available at all Genea clinics
  • Results in 5 business days
  • After the test, free post-test counselling is provided by our highly qualified Genetic Counsellors, to support you and your patient.
Before you order a NIPS test, discuss GeneSyte with the patient and give them a copy of the GeneSyte Patient Information Booklet.

Genetic Counsellor Katie Ellis chats about genetic screening and GeneSyte.

Genea shares patient stories to help people experiencing infertility to understand that they are not alone. Hearing about other people experiencing the same challenges is a powerful way to break the isolation and stigma that often surrounds infertility. We share these stories with the intent to inform, educate and comfort and have no intention to create unreasonable expectations of beneficial treatment. Similarly, we have no intention for our community to believe the stories told are the outcomes that would be achieved for every patient. Read more about our policy on sharing personal stories.
