  • Becoming a donor: if you are interested in donating eggs or sperm to help others on their fertility journey, our team can guide you through the eligibility assessment and process. There is no fee to donate through Genea.
  • Using donor gametes: we help patients identify whether donor conception is the right path, connect with a suitable donor (known or clinic-recruited, subject to availability), and navigate the legal and counselling requirements at every stage.

Counselling and emotional support

Fertility treatment is emotionally significant, and Genea provides professional counselling support as a standard part of care, not an add-on. Our counsellors are trained in fertility-specific psychological support and can help you navigate the uncertainty, grief, and decision-making that often accompanies treatment.

Counselling is available for individuals, couples, and people using donor or surrogacy pathways. Sessions are available in-person at Sydney clinics or via telehealth.

Costs and payment options
