Biography

Dr Simon Turner is a highly experienced Fertility Specialist with almost 40 years experience helping women and couples start and grow their families. He is also the Medical Director of Genea Hollywood Fertility.

Dr Turner has professional interests in minimally invasive surgery, namely, hysteroscopic and laparoscopic surgery.

Experience & Qualifications

Simon graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1975 and continued his gynaecological studies in England. In the early 80s he returned to Perth and started a busy private practice in obstetrics and general gynaecology. In 1982, he began working in fertility and was part of the exciting pioneering era of IVF.

Genea Hollywood Fertility was established by Simon in 2000 to cater for the needs of couples requiring fertility and assisted reproduction. Genea Hollywood has become a major provider of fertility, IVF and other assisted conception techniques in WA.
