27 June 2024: Australasian Recurrent Pregnancy Loss Clinical Management Guideline 2024 | ANZJOG
Our very own Genea Fertility Specialists, Dr Ying Li, Dr Danielle Robson, and Dr Anthony Marren, have just released the first Australasian Recurrent Pregnancy Loss Clinical Management Guideline 2024. Developed in collaboration with Adriana Suker and the Australasian CREI Consensus Expert Panel on Trial Evidence (ACCEPT) group, this comprehensive guideline offers insights and recommendations for the investigation and management of recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL).
In Part I, chromosomal, anatomical, and endocrine factors are outlined, along with relevant recommendations for clinical management, levels of evidence, and grades of consensus. Part II provides evidence-based guidance on the management of RPL and covers thrombophilia, autoimmune factors, infective, inflammatory, and endometrial causes, environmental and lifestyle factors, male factors, and unexplained causes.
We are incredibly proud of our doctors’ contribution to advancing reproductive health and providing essential guidelines for clinicians across Australasia.
