  • Cultural and religious sensitivity: We respect and accommodate various cultural and religious practices.

Our Efforts and Continuous Learning

  • Employee training: Our doctors and staff undergo regular training to support patients in a non-biased and inclusive manner. Our webinars raise awareness and inform staff about inclusive practices. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against discrimination and harassment. 
  • Inclusivity committee: This committee meets monthly and works to identify areas for inclusivity improvement across our operations.
  • Neutral language: We use inclusive and neutral terms across our website, collateral, and forms.
  • Partnering with organisations: We collaborate with groups such as Rainbow Families and AJFN.
  • Access to care for all! We offer donor egg and sperm programs that are inclusive of all family structures, including patients from the rainbow community and single parents. Patients can request gender-specific doctors to make them feel more comfortable during procedures.
  • International patients: We try to provide translated collateral and translated services for patients who speak languages other than English.

Community Engagement and Partnerships

Partnering with organisations that support LGBTIQA+ communities helps us provide better care and advocacy. Collaborations with religious leaders ensure that our practices respect various faith traditions. Our partnerships include:
