Biography
Dr Rituparna (Ritu) Dutta is a South Australian fertility specialist with a growing reputation for compassionate, patient-centred care. Originally trained in India as a fertility specialist, Dr Dutta relocated to Adelaide and in 2022 completed her specialist training in Australia, obtaining her Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG).
Dr Dutta has completed a Fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery at Flinders Medical Centre and is in the final stages of a Fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) - one of the most advanced qualifications in reproductive medicine in Australia. She has recently completed a Master of Medicine (Genomics and Precision Medicine) through the University of Sydney and holds a staff specialist appointment at Flinders Medical Centre. She also holds an honorary title of Clinical Senior Lecturer at Adelaide University. Dr Dutta has a particular clinical interest in endometriosis and the intersection of surgical gynaecology and fertility.
