Your Genea team
Your Fertility Concierge
This is the first support person on your Genea journey. With detailed knowledge about fertility and reproductive health, they will do your first free chat and provide you with clear and accessible information to get you started. They offer personalised recommendations based on your individual circumstances and will set you up with a Fertility GP for a medical assessment.
Fertility GP
This medical professional will perform your reproductive health assessment, which is the first step towards getting a clear understanding of what tests may need to be undertaken, whether you can keep trying to conceive naturally or if you need further assistance.
Embryologist
This scientific expert takes care of the egg, sperm and embryos in the lab, will track embryo progression and transfers and will be available to answer your technical questions.
Fertility Specialist
If you’re having difficulty conceiving, a Fertility Specialist will help you to find possible causes for this using a range of tests.
Counsellor
Protecting your emotional and mental wellbeing is essential throughout your fertility journey, and our counselling team is available at all times to help you prepare for treatment, make decisions, manage uncertainty or disappointment and explore coping strategies.
Genetic Counsellor
Our genetics team plays an important role in assessing any genetic risks, and helping you understand test results and implications.
Nurse
At every point of your treatment you’ll receive ongoing and experienced support from one of our amazing and deeply compassionate nurses.
Care Coordinator
Need some non-clinical support at any point in your Genea journey? Speak to one of our Care Coordinators (there’s one at every location) and get help with booking appointments, contacting team members and managing finances.
