MyGenea™ - Patient portal

MyGenea™ is your cycle companion app that helps you manage your fertility treatment. The app allows you to stay on top of on-cycle appointments (covering bloods, ultrasounds & procedures), access resources related to your treatment, and access consent forms within the app.

Download MyGenea™ from the App Store or Google Play Store. If you've used the MyGenea portal previously, log in with your Patient Number as your username and your existing portal password.

MyGenea™ is a complimentary app available for all Genea patients undergoing fertility treatment. Once you've gotten a treatment plan with us, you'll receive a confirmation email to get started. Simply download the app and follow the prompts from your onboarding email.

Log in to the MyGenea™ app using your Patient Number as your username and your existing portal password. You'll also have the option to set up a PIN for quicker and easier access.

If you've forgotten your login details, simply tap the forgot username or password option in the app and enter the email address you registered with. If you've forgotten your PIN, you can reset it by entering your registered password.

For new patients, you'll receive a registration email once you've onboarded with us, simply follow the prompts to get set up.

If you've never registered for the MyGenea portal or app, please speak with your Genea Care Coordinators. They'll help you get set up and provide you with your login credentials to access the app.

MyGenea™ is available on mobile devices and tablets through the App Store for iOS devices and Google Play Store for Android devices. The app has replaced the previous desktop portal.

Grow™ by Genea is an embryo viewing feature that allows you to see images and videos of your embryos developing in the lab during your IVF or ICSI cycle.
